Ms. Melinda Young is a Senior Vice President and Community Association Manager, bringing over 20 years of professional management experience with over 100 different associations to the executive staff. Specializing in master planned community developer services, Ms. Young also provides consulting services to builder and developer clients.
She is actively involved in the San Diego Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI®) and is the Past President from 1996. Twice Ms. Young has earned the President's Award, and received the Samuel L. Dolnick Lifetime Achievement Award in 2001. She remains active with the Board of Directors.
