Independent Vendors + Management Appreciation = Better Service to Our Clients

John Alioto and Heaviland Landscape ManagementOn Wednesday, June 30th, Walters Management hosted the 6th Annual Industry Partners Appreciation Night to show our gratitude for our vendors. With many of our long-time vendors in attendance and some fresh new faces, we took some time to say thank you for the great relationships we have built. In what was a great turn out, vendors of all sorts attended the event from landscaping experts to insurance providers. Getting to spend a little time mingling, everyone was able to enjoy a fun night of delicious food and refreshing beverages.

Many vendors expressed the difficulties that often arise when working with other management companies and why they choose to continue to partner with Walters. Andy Roberts of Barney and Barney spoke to us about the struggle of maintaining a good relationship with a management company. This can be especially difficult when dealing with something like insurance matters. Andy mentioned that what makes Walters Management stand out against other management companies is that “all the associates and managers are on top of their work. It makes my job much easier because I get what I need, instead of having to chase people down”.

Providing reliable vendors to our various associations to meet their needs is a huge part of ensuring that they are getting great value for their money and well maintained properties. In order to show our continued appreciation, the Industry Partners Appreciation Night was an opportunity to mingle, relax, and give back to our vendors. It also provided us with a chance to get some feedback on how we’re doing!

FoodWe asked some of our attendees whether they would recommend working with us to other businesses. Mike Regan of Pacific Green Landscape had only great things to say, emphasizing “Walters is an exceptional HOA management company! Not only do they always do a great job, they are a perfect partner for vendors!”

It is important for us in our line of work to ensure that we are providing high quality community association living for all of our clients. We always strive to put our best foot forward and are proud to work with vendors who do the same. Our employee work ethic is part of what allows us to maintain such valuable partnerships. According to Fallon Hasan of Mt. Helix Pest Control, “when Walters takes over an association, it is well done with efficient communication and managers who are directly involved.” John Massie of Massie Bernman agrees, crediting the “diverse and well trained managers” as the reason Walters is able to provide outstanding services to our clients.

Lori, Reid from Barney&Barney and JoeHow a community looks and is maintained is very important to the different associations we manage which is why we only work with high quality vendors. The Industry Partners Appreciation Night allows us to get to know our vendors and continue to develop our relationships. The outstanding performance of our vendors allows us to ensure that our clients are proud of where they live and the services they receive. Each year the IPAN event allows us an opportunity to recognize our vendors who continuously perform well and show them that they are truly valued. We are proud to call the vendors in attendance our partners and hope to see everyone back for the 7th annual IPAN to celebrate another successful year.
