New Irvine Regional Office
Walters Management Acquires The Emmons Company Irvine Office Effective January 1, 2007, Walters Management is pleased to announce responsibility for 28 communities with over 7,000 units formerly managed by The Emmons Company in Irvine, California. Walters Management has been serving communities in Southern California since 1973. Though Walters has managed communities in Orange County for a number of years, we are very proud to establish this Walters Management Regional Office in Irvine to serve this thriving area. We welcome all their clients Board of Directors, homeowners, employees and vendors to Walters Management and we look forward to working with them.
